Although its not normally needed, Accardo's Appliance Repair provides a 90 day parts and labor warranty. If you have the same problem that the machine was originally diagnosed for, a free diagnostic will be provided. If the same part replaced is causing the subsequent problem then it will be replaced for free. Refunds are not normally given but we will always work with our customers to provide what they paid for.
We always obtain parts directly from the manufacturer.
Upon diagnostic, you will receive an estimate of parts labor and tax for the repair. If the part needs to be ordered you will be given a week to decide to go ahead with the repair of not. If the machine can be fixed on the first trip, that is when the decision will need to be made. It's normally a pretty easy decision because most people use the 50% rule. If the repair is more than half the cost of a new machine then it is not recommended to repair.
As stated on our invoices, we can not promise to hold parts longer than 30 days.
In order to always to provide the highest quality of repairs and warranties, we can not work on any machine that someone else has recently attempted to disassemble or repair before us. we will always back our repairs but can not back other people's/companies repairs. There are ,unfortunately, too many "fly by night" appliance repair servicers in the New Orleans, Jefferson Parish, Metairie area.
