In home appliance repair and service warranty: Although it's not normally needed, Accardo's Appliance Repair offers a 90-day parts and labor warranty for all kitchen appliance repair and laundry appliance service. If you encounter the same issue that the machine was initially diagnosed for, a free diagnostic will be provided. Should the same part that was replaced cause a subsequent problem, it will be replaced at no cost. While refunds are not typically issued, we are committed to working with our customers to ensure they receive what they paid for. We always source parts directly from the manufacturer. Upon diagnostic, you will receive an estimate that includes parts, labor, and tax for the repair. If a part needs to be ordered, you will have a week to decide whether to proceed with the repair. If the machine can be fixed on the first trip, that’s when the decision will need to be made. This is usually a straightforward choice, as most people apply the 50% rule—if the repair cost exceeds half the price of a new machine, it's generally not advisable to repair. As indicated on our invoices, we cannot guarantee to hold parts for longer than 30 days. To maintain the highest quality of repairs and warranties, we cannot work on any machine that someone else has recently attempted to disassemble or repair. While we fully back our reliable appliance repair, we cannot guarantee the results of repairs made by others.
